Yes Chef!

Ever wondered who’s in the Kitchen when you visit The Wildebeest?  Our talented team is headed up by Chef Fabio Miani. Italian born Fabio Miani says his passion for cooking was born watching his father cooking at home for the family.  He attended one of the best Catering Colleges of Professional Cookery in the north of Italy - The Istituto Erminio.  He has also worked at the 2-Michelin Starred Piccolo Lago and San Rocco Hotel, always learning new skills alongside some of Italy’s top chefs.  He moved to England aged just 18 to begin a new chapter, wanting to widen his skills and learn new techniques and has worked at a number of top British restaurants including The Criterion in London before joining The Wildebeest in 2018.  

He loves the opportunity to help train new chefs and apprentices as well as developing all aspects of the menu.
