Everyone loves to ‘Gluggle’
First made as long ago as the 1870s in Staffordshire and known as ‘gurgling jugs’, these ‘fishy jugs’ became very popular again in the 1960s as Gluggle Jugs, made by Wade Ceramics. We think they’re great fun and many of our diners over the years have enjoyed that happy ‘glug glug’ when pouring their glass of water. So now you can buy your own Extra Large Gluggle Jug direct from us. Available in Sage Green or Grey, they’re made using the finest British raw materials and will grace any table. Approximately 10ins/23cm high, they hold 1.3 litres of water. They make the perfect gift too!
Available for collection 7 days a week at The Wildebeest during restaurant opening hours. We are currently open 12pm-2pm (3pm Sundays) and 5.30pm-7.30pm for Alfresco Dining. We will be open fully from 17th May, 2021.
