Suppliers & Sustainability
We have trusted relationships with our suppliers who, like us,
share the belief that food should be grown and raised in ways that
don't cost the earth and work with local suppliers to source the best of seasonal vegetables, game, cheeses and daily specials.
We use sustainable, seasonal fish from Howards in Norwich and J W H Jonas in Cromer to ensure the
ethical sourcing of the fish and shellfish that reaches our restaurant. We use 'Norfolk White Lady' cheese from Willow Farm in Wymondham and other artisan cheeses made locally.
Our Restaurant with Roots initiative sees us work hand in hand with third generation farmers the Tacons at Rollesby where we grow, nurture and harvest much of our fruit and vegetables.
