Our Farm is an initiative rooted in provenance, education and supporting the local economy in partnership with third-generation farmers, The Tacons, at Rollesby. We have land on the farm where we grow and manage the majority of our Restaurant's seasonal British produce. Our Kitchen has an important role in what's grown and the kitchen team visit the farm to select, tend and harvest crops for our fresh, seasonal and traceable menu.
