NORFOLK CHEF OF THE YEAR 2018
Huge congratulations to our Head Chef Charlie Wilson who has been crowned Norfolk Chef of the Year 2018 - a wonderful achievement for a dedicated young Chef. We couldn't be prouder.
A word from the judges… “Charlie displayed professional working practices and was able to show a variety of skills, this was linked with a clear passion for producing good flavours on the plate and allowing the ingredients to showcase on each dish. His main course during the live cook-off was bursting with flavour”
We are also over the moon to have scooped some coveted FINALIST spots in the Eat Norfolk Food & Drink Awards 2018 for Best Restaurant and Outstanding Front of House and at Warwick St Social in Norwich’s Golden Triangle for Best Pub.
