Our farm initiative and the close relationship we have built over the years with our suppliers has been the inspiration for our brand NEW Tasting Menu - this is our dedication to Norfolk's finest seasonal produce. We invite you to dine from our 'A Taste of Norfolk' menu.
Carefully crafted by our skilled chefs, each course features fresh, seasonal and local produce with just-picked vegetables and fruit from Our Farm; an initiative with third generation growers, TheTacons at Rollesby, with land set aside for our kitchen staff to select, tend and harvest the highest quality produce for our menu. As the seasons change we showcase the finest produce from the best local suppliers such as Jonas Seafood, Marsh Pig, Fen Farm Dairy, Tony Perkins and other trusted suppliers whom we have the pleasure of calling friends.
